We sell coffee concentrates. These are not ready-to-drink and are meant to be diluted with water, milk, or another liquid.

Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change without notice. We do our best to keep product info accurate, but slight variations may occur.

3. Orders and Payments

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order for any reason.

We use Shopify and third-party providers to process payments securely. We do not store card details.

4. Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location or courier delays.

5. Refunds and Returns

Because our items are food products, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged, incorrect, or defective.

You must contact us within 2 days of delivery by emailing thenitrocafe@outlook.com with your order number and supporting photos.

6. Cancellations

You can cancel your order only if it hasn’t been dispatched. Once shipped, we cannot cancel or modify the order.
